Shane specialises in litigation, in particular material damage claims. Shane’s goal is to deliver five-star service to all his clients. He does this by using his personality and wealth of experience in dealing with insurance during his 14-year career in this industry.
Shane joined Hussey Fraser in 2018, having previously worked for Liberty Insurance for 8 years as part of their litigated personal injuries claims’ team and also having worked for AIG for 4 years as the senior member of their property damage claims’ team. Both of these roles gave Shane a unique insight into how insurance companies work and handle claims.
During Shane’s 14 years working in the industry, he has studied at the insurance institute and is a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) since 2011 which qualifies him to give advice on insurance products and policies. Shane has also completed a foundation course in law in the Dublin institute of Technology in 2009, while working in Liberty insurance. Prior to entering the industry Shane completed an ordinary degree in Business at Athlone Institute of Technology in 2005.
